Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flux Sync (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Flux Sync is software that lets businesses share a booking link, route bookings across team members, and sync interviews to Google Calendar with automated email/SMS confirmations and reminders.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.

Free trial, subscription & billing

  • New accounts include a 21-day free trial. No charge occurs during the trial.
  • After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription of $13.69 per month, billed through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for obtaining any consents needed to collect and process candidate information you gather through the Service.
  • You are responsible for complying with all laws governing your communications, including SMS/calling and anti-spam rules (e.g., TCPA), and for honoring opt-out requests.
  • You will not use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purposes, or to send unsolicited messages.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access other customers' data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to violate the rights of others or any third-party terms (including Google's).

Third-party services

The Service integrates Google, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Twilio, and Vercel. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that bookings, calendar syncs, emails, or texts will always be delivered or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux Sync will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
